Ship the product. Prove the loop works in the real world.

Phase 1 is deliberately simple. Two MON vaults run on offset weekly schedules so the worst case wait for an open deposit window is around 2.5 days. Vault A opens every Wednesday at 13:00 UTC. Vault B opens every Sunday at 01:00 UTC. Each runs a 24 hour deposit window followed by a 6 day lock. The priority is creating real winners as fast as possible, not maximising features.

What launches:

• MON prize vault contracts on Monad mainnet (V2)
• Two vault staggered cadence
• Automated keeper for commit and settle
• Live winner results on chain and in the UI
• shMonad points integration via Merkl readable position surface

What we are validating:

• What gets users to deposit into Everdraw?
• Do winners share?
• Does the engagement loop work?

The first few vault users are the protocol’s most important asset. Phase 1 is about creating those moments.
