Ship the product. Prove the loop works in the real world.

Phase 1 is deliberately focused on simplicity. Two concurrent vaults run in parallel on a staggered schedule so there is always an open vault accepting deposits. The priority is not complexity — it is creating real winners as fast as possible.

What launches:

• MON prize vault with 24-hour deposit windows
• Staggered multi-vault system (2 vaults running simultaneously)
• Automated keeper infrastructure for commit → draw → settle
• Live winner results on-chain and in the UI
• Prize pool seeding to ensure Day 1 prizes are meaningful enough to drive social sharing

What we’re validating:

• Do users deposit?
• Do winners share?
• Does the engagement loop work in the real world?

The first real winners on Monad are the protocol’s most important marketing asset. Phase 1 is about creating those moments.
