Claiming & Withdrawing

Once a round settles (after the ~7 day finalization period), all participants can action their funds from the “View Previous Draw” page.

If you won

Step 1 — Claim your prize

On the Previous Draw page, your address will appear in the winner spotlight. Click “Claim Prize” and confirm the transaction. This sends the yield prize to your wallet.

Step 2 — Withdraw your principal

After claiming, click “Withdraw Tokens” to return your original MON deposit. This is a separate transaction.

You must claim the prize before it expires. Unclaimed prizes roll into the next round’s prize pool.

If you didn’t win

Click “Withdraw Tokens” on the Previous Draw page and confirm the transaction. Your exact MON principal is returned — no slippage, no fees, no loss regardless of the outcome.

Timing

The “Withdraw Tokens” button will be greyed out with a countdown if the round has not yet settled. This countdown reflects the remaining time in ShMON’s unstaking queue. This is not configurable — it is an on-chain constraint from the ShMON protocol.

Once the countdown reaches zero, the button activates and withdrawal is available at any time with no deadline.

There is no penalty for not acting immediately

Settled funds sit in the contract indefinitely until claimed. There is no expiry on principal withdrawals. Take your time.

Prize claims do have an expiry window — unclaimed prizes eventually roll forward to seed the next prize pool. The UI displays the claim deadline clearly.
